Would you be my employee?
We operate as independent subcontractors with our own ABNs.
This means you’re not responsible for our tax, superannuation, or training. We bring strong NDIS knowledge and experience to the table — no coaching or onboarding is required on your end.
What are the type of things you can help with?
We can assist with practically anything and everything —
from email triaging and inbox management to maintaining client files, following up invoices, and streamlining your admin systems. Whether it’s booking appointments, managing service agreements, onboarding new clients, tracking compliance documents, or simply keeping your day-to-day operations running smoothly, we’re here to lighten the load so you can focus on delivering your services.
As experienced NDIS professionals, we understand the unique demands of your business and can hit the ground running without the need for training or supervision.
Will I be locked into a contract?
Absolutely not. We don’t lock you into any long-term contracts. All we ask is for 2 weeks’ notice if you decide to end services.
This allows us to finalise any outstanding tasks and ensure a smooth, organised handover of all relevant files and responsibilities.
How will I know if your services are right for me?
This is where the discovery call comes in.
This is a 15 minute obligation free chat to discuss your needs. If we feel we are not the best fit for your business, we will be honest and tell you.
